1 /5 Elijah Dhanifu: I have been with this insurance brokerage company for over 10 years. The customer service I have been receiving lately is atrocious. I waited for a call back and did not receive one. When I requested my documents be checked for accuracy due to a DMV notice of registration suspension, I was given the run around and told I would get call back. I never did and when I called 5 days later and requested to speak to Chris Sr or Jr, I was told that they were not available to speak to me. Not sure how this business has become so inept in providing basic customer service given the many years of good customer service I have received from Chris in the past.
