5 /5 Mojo agogo: Ive been a customer here for 40+ years. I have multiple vehicles and my home insured through here. I often see ads pop up online stating my insurance could be lower, because insurance companies dont want you to know about possible discounts. I checked my current policy to see if i would qualify for any of the discounts they mentioned, but i didnt need to worry about it because they had already applied all eligible discounts to my policy without me ever asking.
Just recently, I stopped by their office with no appointment, hoping to get another vehicle insured right away. I needed the proof of coverage to take to DMV that same day. Richard said he couldnt do it right then, because he was currently in the middle of another account. Im not sure how he managed it, but 10 minutes later I was walking out the door with full coverage and the needed documents. It was greatly appreciated.
