Wendy S If youre looking for home/condo insurance, I highly recommend you compare what this office quotes you with AAA Insurance. I was led to believe that its nearly impossible to get a home/condo policy in CA, which I dont doubt is true, depending on which insurance company youre dealing with. Without doing any comparison shopping, as Ive been with Farmers for years, I took their word for this. Yes, Farmers appears to be pulling out of CA. By working with them, to get a condo policy, I ended up with a very expensive and poorly administered 3rd party policy. When I initially purchased the policy, errors occurred that caused me to not be covered (which I was unaware of at the time, as no one at this office noticed me). This led to a lengthy reinstatement process that was stressful and time consuming. All difficulties Ive had with this policy are explained away as Im lucky to get anyone to provide me with condo insurance, so Im supposed to feel fortunate and put up with the extremely slow communication/customer service and high cost. Come to find out, AAA is not having these same issues. I recently did a price comparison for my auto policy, and discovered that they also offer seamless condo coverage at a very affordable price. I switched both my auto and condo insurance on the same day, 12/11. I notified Farmers and my auto was cancelled and reimbursed within the week (different agent, office). As for working with this office for the condo insurance cancellation, Im being told that as of 12/20, the 3rd party has not yet responded. As with everything else regarding this pain in the neck policy, I have no idea how long this will take. This has really been a terrible experience.

Eduardo Garcia I walked in just to get a quote. I wanted to compare it against my current provider. (it never hurts to search). The lady in the office was very welcoming and hospitable. She was able to give me a few prices from different companies and was very informative into what they provide. I was unaware of the different coverages that they have available. I was so amazed by her helpfulness and transparency that, my wife and I, switched companies that same day. She even helped us cancel my old insurance company. Theyre always willing to answer any question, I have and will always recommend them to my friends and family.

B Matt Got an International Driving Permit here, including passport photos. The whole procedure only took 30minutes and I left with the permit. Absolutely no complaints. They offer passport photos for $20, unless you’re a member - then they may be free. The international driving permit was an additional $20.
