Is what I stated when I first acquired this auto insurance.
The customer service in the office is great, when signing up but when you need them for a claim, their service is complete trash. They take their time, they don’t get back to you quickly. Every note or message and update felt like it was being delivered through carrier pigeon. I started emailing to leave a ‘paper trail,’ and that seemed to help a little. They point fingers at each department. My claim adjuster introduced himself and was then apparently fired, leaving my claim in limbo and on the back burner.
You get what you pay for. You need the bare minimum? You’ll get the bare minimum.
