Gustavo Caro I just want to say thank you to Natalia Baclini, Andrea Duran, and Gabriela Villegas from Atlantis Insurance. This team is amazing, and I’m really glad I chose to work with them. Natalia gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had. I was on a tight deadline to get my truck insured, and she made it happen fast, plus she even got me a discount. I had the chance to meet her in the office, and she took the time to clearly explain everything. She made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Andrea handled all the permits I needed to haul containers from the ports. She’s great at keeping you in the loop and gave me updates throughout every step of the process. Her communication is excellent, and I really appreciated that. Gabriela helped me set up auto-pay, and made it quick and simple. Just one less thing to worry about! Honestly, the whole team at Atlantis has been great. Friendly, professional, and on top of everything. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Bryn Williams I have been with the Leavitt Group for over 20 years and, even though I relocated to Washington State 3 years ago, I am still with them. In my mind, the go beyond the call of duty and their customer service is extraordinary. They work with you and find the best and most cost effective coverage. Ive had some tricky things that needed insured...like a manufactured home that had an outbuilding office that was more valuable than the home! But with the Leavitt Groups help, we got it insured. Shout out to Pamela Scott for her diligence, her professionalism, and her accountability.

AI M Patrick is a great salesperson: able to chit-chat to death, but doesnt deliver. The premiums of the policies were higher than promised, his responses delayed — there was always "something else keeping him busy" (are we all not busy?) — and his explanations were gibberish — hes unable to write coherent sentences. Fortunately, within a month I made the decision to cut him and go back to my previous insurance broker, who had been great except more expensive (in appearance). Im very happy to have ended the relationship with Patrick and the extra money is well worth it. The kicker and the reason that led me to post this review? I asked him for the status of my car policy on Feb. 17; as of today he had not responded, so I asked again. His response was "please call travelers for billing or status on these things, we do not handle billing/refunds. -P". I called and the response was that he had not cancelled my car policy; the others had been cancelled but not that one. Also, they told me to go back to my agent, but when they saw I was very angry, they decided to help me directly. And they did.

Jo Brown I have been a client of Elena Sadur at State Farm for over 15 years. I appreciate how she checks in every year to see if I have any new needs. I never feel rushed with her or her team. I meet with Elena today and got a life insurance policy for my husband, a better (more coverage) and more affordable rate than my current policy with my employer. Thank you, Elena!
