1 /5 Troy Paso: Not to sure about this office Ive had them for probably 15 years i only got in 2 accidents witch none was my fault the first accident it took forever to pay me for my truck i mean forever wasnt happy about that and then last year took my truck to a shop to have new motor put in it they had it 16 days when i went to pick it up from earnies classic auto repair i had curb rash and scratches on my rims i pointed it out to the mechanic and there was still the fibers on my rims from the aluminum he said i guess i did it but not sure how.i reported it to my insurance company a month later i get a letter in the mail saying they are stopping my claim and i get nothing,i i called a month ago to add a new car on to my insurance nobody answer so i leave a message and still no return call i dont think they like me and i have my truck and house through them really seriously thinking about canceling them and going with someone else
