After a horrible two years of incompetent customer service with my Blue Shield Medicare supplement (involving one of my doctors never getting paid by Blue Shield despite Medicare authorizing the charges), I looked around and switched to State Farm last year. A small snag came up, Raul looked into it and fixed it right away! I hadnt known that State Farm offers Medicare supplement plans, but they do and Raul and his team provide the best customer service I have received. Thank you, Raul and Jennifer!

I was having trouble finding insurance that would cover me for having less than two years with a license and adding a newer car to the mix, so he took his time and made the process of getting me a policy very simple. In fact, he made it so easy for me to create my policy at work without any interruption to my daily routine.
