Nancy Gugliemotto My husband and I have been working with the State Farm Insurance agency in Foster city since we moved from Ohio to California in 1977. We have never experienced better service than what we receive from Nony, Carol and their staff. We have moved several times and have continued to stay with this Agency, remotely. They are always there to help us when we have an issue and are very knowledgeable on all aspects of our insurance policies. We have all of our insurance policies with State Farm insurance. Most of the time we work with Carol Spurlock, who is exemplary in the way she communicates and works through problems. She will always take the extra step to help you out, even though it means extra work for her she should be commended for her outstanding performance.

He is easy to talk to and meets all my expectations on helping me. I am so happy to have meet him. He is such an exceptional employee and will go far in his future. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with what I need. I wish I could give him a hug and shower him with how much I appreciate his work and what he has done for me. Gary Pilgram Weve been with Bal Claires State Farm Office for a couple decades now, and insure our properties and vehicles with them. Their service has been outstanding. I spoke with Monica today, and she was calm, patient and helpful in get some minor issues and questions straightened out. Bal herself can always make herself available and will give us all the time needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable
