Diane McFarlin Every time we have had questions about our insurances, we have received answers that were easy to understand. We also received suggestions of ways we could improve our insurance for a small amount more. Each suggestion made perfect sense and was helpful to us.

C R Progressive unfairly raised my rates after an accident where debris hit the underside of my car on the freeway. They labeled it a collision and said I was at fault—how is that my fault? To make it worse, they never told me about the rate hike or fault decision. When I called, the rep admitted they “forgot” due to switching to digital notices. Totally unprofessional. I’m leaving Progressive and will never recommend them to anyone. Terrible service and even worse communication.

Racheal Von Ruden Michelle went above and beyond! She took away our anxiety in having to navigate the FAIR Plan. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. She took the time to answer our questions and made certain we understood each step of the process. She reviewed our FAIR Plan policy as well as our State Farm policies to verify that we got the coverage that best fit our insurance and financial needs.
