Greg Brockbank I know nothing negative about Lisa, and she has in fact been very nice and helpful since I started with their office a couple years ago for a car and home insurance. It was not easy, with a new car, and selling an old house, and dealing with a new one, in the world where too many of us get frustrated too easily because we are expected to use automated systems, But I mainly write about Lisa’s assistant, Vanessa, who is a breath of fresh air as a lively, intelligent, friendly, helpful person who radiates the fact that she wants to help you, and concisely offers several ways that you can actually understand. She is indeed a delight to work with, and never seems to mind the time I take, and if she treats everyone like she treats me, Lisa could have hundreds of clients who would all be treated very well indeed.

Nolan Encarnacion this review is related to how easy it was to cancel my policy. Customer service was understanding and made sure I had coverage before I cancelled by policy. I cancelled because of the rate increase because my Liberty Mutual policy in California was being transferred to Safeco. Im sure theyre fine as an insurance company, but this was an unfortunate situation where I needed to find a better policy.

Aqua Pacific Steve and Kimber will move mountains to make sure that you not only get the best deal possible but also, most importantly, receive a policy that keep you, your staff, your guests and property protected. After all the natural disasters and damages we’ve had to endure here in Santa Cruz, they were still able to get me a policy that met more than the required standards AND (big huge gigantic and) fit my budget.
