Farmers Insurance - Dion Vokos - Aptos (CA)

5 /5 Katie Keeler: This is my "go-to" source for all things insurance. I use them on a regular basis to quote insurance for my clients. Every time I call in they get back to me right away. They follow up and always have such professional demeanor. I will continue referring my clients to Dion and his staff.

1 /5 P C: I strongly advise against working with this agent, as their actions raised serious concerns about their professionalism and ethical conduct. I had a highly distressing encounter with this insurance agent. During our interaction, they yelled at me, threatened to tow my car, and even mentioned having connections with my landlord. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I felt unsafe and disrespected throughout the entire interaction.

1 /5 Bill Ross: Bought a new "hybrid Hyundai" called to get coverage. Took my info. everything was fine. Almost a year later so.eone hit my car, cracking the front bumper. I tried to file a claim. Only to be told I only had "liability" insurance. I called Volkos in a panic. He blamed a worker he said he had "fired" he sounded indifferent to it all. Finally he said he would make some calls. He, they (Farmers) took care of it. I got the coverage. He also gave me a $500 dollar check to cover half of the deductable. Now that may sound pretty good. However when I got my new bill, it went up $100. I called and asked why. He (Volkos) said he would look for more discounts and call me back. NEVER called back. I switched to "Travelers" $85 less which included full coverage for my "Jeep". I only had "liability" on the "Jeep" with "Farmers". So I saved $85 dollars and got much better coverage. Beware of "Farmers".
