He also helped us secure an affordable prescription drug plan. We intend to continue to work with Ken for any changes that we make in the future with our Medicare supplemental coverage needs.

They pick up the phone (what a novel concept!) and answer your questions right away, they will call or email your insurance carrier on your behalf if you have any issues - the team are just incredibly helpful. Its a side of business that sadly is lacking from many companies these days.
