During this time specifically I’ve had to file my first claim due to my car being hit and it’s been the easiest process, they have helped me every step of the way and continue to do so.! 1 /5 Gary Slate: I miss Delia when you called someone was always available now with Michael you cant get any answers Im about to change to a different office due to the fact business hours are not being met with call time. If I had a concern or someone else bill statements coming to my address something not right I been insured for many years for someone else insurance bill to be coming to my address.
