Cvez C I am adding to my post of some years ago, as I am still a client, and am very pleased and grateful to have Karen Good as my Medicare broker. She is up to date with all changes and is excellent in communicating this to all her clients by giving zoom meetings. I am still delighted with the quality of care that Karen gives me and her other clients. I highly recommend her and know that she will go the extra mile for her clients. She gives personal care in what your needs are and offers so much helpful information. I am so pleased with Karen Good and her staff. I am super prepared and confident that I have the best medical coverage for my needs. I cant express how pleased I am with Karen Good and her Staff.

Mobileworkz coustomized Cleaning Inc. Brad and Rhonda make you feel welcomed. Being a small business owner and searching for insurance company’s can be a headache. When I called Brads office and Rhonda answered a few of my questions, I felt welcomed unlike other companies I had called prior. Rhonda always answer her phone if not she calls back quick she answers all my questions and if she don’t no it BRADDDD and I can hear Brad in the background answering the question. These to are a great team so great I have referred 15 if not more of my family and friends to them and it wasn’t for the gift card lol truly to help may friends and family to get the good prices State Farm has compared to others . He was very helpful and you could tell he genuinely wants to help his clients and does it to the best of his ability. Alex Obispo Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.
