My husband and I struck out trying to get an old vessel insured but Natalie put multiple weeks of effort into applying to what felt like every vessel insurance option there is. She gave daily updates, sent applications in on our behalf 100% of the time, and spent hours googling options for us. It was really just the best experience I have had, you could tell she was truly rooting for us. I’m a delivery driver, and after getting too many tickets, my license got suspended. DMV said I needed something called SR22 insurance to get reinstated. I had no clue what that even meant. I wandered into their office off The Alameda after grabbing coffee nearby. Didn’t expect much, but they explained everything clearly, without judgment. They filed the SR22 form right then and sent proof to the DMV before I left. What shocked me was the cost — the SR22 policy they gave me had a monthly premium I could actually afford, and they showed me how to adjust it later if needed. They made something that felt scary into something simple. They treated me like a person, not a mistake. Not gonna lie, I got emotional after. Steven Leibold I work with David Jacobson who provides me with numerous policies for my tax and bookkeeping service. We opted to offer a new service and was offered insurance by another carrier that covers this type of work. We asked our current E&O policy who originally said to "file a claim and well let you know" to a definitive decision of no we will not cover. David Jacobson then immediately started searching for a replacement E&O provider that will not only cover our existing services but this new service we will be adding shortly. I appreciate how hard he works to find the best for his clients.
