Chuck H I have been insured through Johns office for decades and have always been greatly satisfied with their advice and coverage. Most recently Vivian in the office helped me with two claims, and she provided excellent advice and tenaciously worked with claims agents to timely reimburse me for the losses. The office has also to a person been quite responsive and effective. I recommend them heartily to anyone looking for insurance coverage.

After several failed attempts, I decided to work with Brant and his team at SLO Insurance Services. He quickly found us a policy to fit our needs and was able to bundle it with our new auto policy as well. Brant even went as far as speaking with our new landlord to clarify how the renters policy does cover certain items that were of concern to him. Brant and his team are responsive and offer great customer service. I’d highly recommend his team.

Alex Perry Pulled over near the light on East Santa Clara and 5th, just blocks from San Jose State — I thought it was just expired tags. Turns out I didn’t have valid insurance and I didn’t even realize that could trigger a whole SR22 situation. First car, first time being this deep into adult stuff, and I was shook. I walked into SLPE two days later still a little embarrassed, but the lady up front literally said, ‘Breathe. We’ll get you fixed up.’ She helped me get same-day SR22 insurance and filed everything with the DMV while I was still sitting there. The monthly SR22 premium wasn’t nearly as bad as I feared — actually fit my budget. I walked out feeling protected, not punished. Saved their number in case any of my friends mess up like I did.
