5 /5 Joe S: We would check 10 stars if we could! We have owed our construction company for 21 years. In that time, we have seen A LOT, most being Extremely bad! With how much is evolving concerning policies and changes made, and audits occurring more often, we are Incredibly Grateful that we have Craft Guard to oversee all of it.
Having used Craft Guard as our insurance company for 6 years now, we can speak first hand on how much we Adore this company. We have Never once had to ask a question more than one time; we have Never had any questions/issues go unanswered; and we have Always had someone to work with us directly for any need we may have. We have also Always been able to get Immediate responses via email and have Always been able to speak with someone via phone.
We recently had a ZOOM Insurance audit come, and as many of us know too well first hand, audits can normally be very stressful! Though, with Craft Guard, specifically Stacee, I knew I could reach out if I had any questions and/or concerns, regardless of how small the question was, and felt Zero stress around the audit. We even had an audit come up from years ago, where ZOOM wanted to charge us $10,000 because the audit paperwork never made its way to us, do to a different company we used prior to Craft Guard not updating a mailing address. When I called our previous insurance company, they completely blew me off because I was no longer a current customer, and therefore, they saw no financial value in lending help. When I called the representative from Zoom, I was told Nothing could be done other than paying them immediately in full, and if I did not, they were going to put us into collections. Obviously, extremely stressed out, I called Craft Guard for help, as I had no idea what to do or how to challenge the penalty they were charging, as we did not want to be put into collections nor pay an amount we did not feel we owed. Craft Guard worked with me Every Single Step of the way. They even went so above and beyond, accessing a copy of the previous policy, so they could give me the best information and guidance possible. I am Very Elated to report that we ended up not having to pay a single penny, due to Craft Guards help and guidance, even though this audit had nothing to do with them!
If you are looking for the right insurance company that will work with you and will be there to lend support, answer any questions had, and offer aide when needed, this is the company with which you Need to use. You definitely do not want to find out the hard and expensive way that the other company you decided to go with was a mistake!
