1 /5 Sweetie Pie: After years of being a client I am compelled to express our grave disappointment & share our experience. We are a small family owned & operated business, my husband provides the workmanship & I am the office. Thus, I rely on the professionals that I hire to perform in a fair, reasonable & customer oriented manner. Cindee has hurt our company with her lack of honesty & failure to respond as promise. We had 12 month auto policies until this last year when she renewed our policy claiming to us it was 12 months only to learn after signing it was a 6 month policy. She placed blame upon the issuer & we took her word on that incident. Our policy needed renewal 2 weeks ago, we emailed Cindee who promised to get "right on it". We expressed ugency & time of the essence as we had to park our work trucks until we got coverage. We were shut down, not performing jobs, no income. By day six I was told that there are no insurance companies writing commercial auto policies in CA & that she keeps being told it will open up by the end of the year. On day 7, while waiting on Cindee to reply (she promised to talk to me around 2pm that previous day) we Googled carriers & found multiple agencies servicing CA. Within a few hours we had multiple proposals from top name insurers. By that following business day we secured a policy, cheaper insurance than Cindee has procured for us all these years. We are at the two week mark since we attempted to renew our policy with Cindee. We now have coverage, but we are still waiting on her to fulfill our request for an accurate loss runs report. We had placed an enormous amount of trust & good faith in Cindee, who is the professional, only to learn we were misled & felt lied too. Its absolutely a horrible feeling let alone a way to end a long-term working relationship. Personally, we wish her well. Professionally, we hope she treats clients better.

5 /5 Dianna OToole: My assistance started with Stacee Warner with an online chat. She was beyond helpful and patient answering all my questions. Within 15 minutes she had a quote for me, I reached out to clarify a few more details via phone in which she immediately took my call. Again this was an absolute pleasant surprise as our current broker is not easy to reach. Honestly Ive been dealing with insurance and bond issues for a month and all I can say is she has been the most helpful and honestly a saving grace!

5 /5 Joe S: We would check 10 stars if we could! We have owed our construction company for 21 years. In that time, we have seen A LOT, most being Extremely bad! With how much is evolving concerning policies and changes made, and audits occurring more often, we are Incredibly Grateful that we have Craft Guard to oversee all of it. Having used Craft Guard as our insurance company for 6 years now, we can speak first hand on how much we Adore this company. We have Never once had to ask a question more than one time; we have Never had any questions/issues go unanswered; and we have Always had someone to work with us directly for any need we may have. We have also Always been able to get Immediate responses via email and have Always been able to speak with someone via phone. We recently had a ZOOM Insurance audit come, and as many of us know too well first hand, audits can normally be very stressful! Though, with Craft Guard, specifically Stacee, I knew I could reach out if I had any questions and/or concerns, regardless of how small the question was, and felt Zero stress around the audit. We even had an audit come up from years ago, where ZOOM wanted to charge us $10,000 because the audit paperwork never made its way to us, do to a different company we used prior to Craft Guard not updating a mailing address. When I called our previous insurance company, they completely blew me off because I was no longer a current customer, and therefore, they saw no financial value in lending help. When I called the representative from Zoom, I was told Nothing could be done other than paying them immediately in full, and if I did not, they were going to put us into collections. Obviously, extremely stressed out, I called Craft Guard for help, as I had no idea what to do or how to challenge the penalty they were charging, as we did not want to be put into collections nor pay an amount we did not feel we owed. Craft Guard worked with me Every Single Step of the way. They even went so above and beyond, accessing a copy of the previous policy, so they could give me the best information and guidance possible. I am Very Elated to report that we ended up not having to pay a single penny, due to Craft Guards help and guidance, even though this audit had nothing to do with them! If you are looking for the right insurance company that will work with you and will be there to lend support, answer any questions had, and offer aide when needed, this is the company with which you Need to use. You definitely do not want to find out the hard and expensive way that the other company you decided to go with was a mistake! 5 /5 Dmitriy Doronkin: I am very happy with this company, Stacee is wonderful, very helpful, knowledgeable and stays on task from the beginning to the end. Around six month ago I was looking for a good insurance company for one of my businesses needs and the problem was either rates were too high or the company was unreliable. I feel very lucky to find Craft Guard Insurance: reasonable rates and excellent customer service. Since then they helped me with several different insurance policies. Will use them in the future, definitely can recommend.
