His customer service was next to none he guided me thru the whole process and explained all of it. I never felt pressured or bugged to buy he answered all my questions and was very professional. Got me a quote fast and explained that as well. Overall very good experience definitely recommend.

Enrique informed me that I could receive a discounted offer on Car Insurance and/or Life Insurance to bundle with my current rental insurance policy. After he quoted an offer for car insurance, I decided not to accept the offer, HOWEVER, he happily offered to provide me with more information regarding their Life Insurance Policies. He was delighted to explain in wonderful detail the different options for the Life Insurance Policies that they offer. After short consideration (very short consideration - I was immediately interested… Less than $30 a month for $100K life insurance? HECK YEAH - SIGN ME UP!), he began the application process. Enrique was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, KIND, UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGEABLE and displayed EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. He explained the importance of having a life insurance policy in such a beautiful way. I honestly had such a delightful time signing up for an INSURANCE POLICY. (Whoever thought that would be a fun thing to do on a Monday afternoon?) His customer service skills were absolutely REMARKABLE! I felt like I was talking to a (very professional) friend!
