4 /5 TIM Robertson: Karen was very professional and also helpful during our change of insurance companies. She assisted us through the whole process. We were surprised with the cost for the install of the Flo by Moen process for our home. A mandated cost that was very excessive and only required by Farmers insurance. The installer did not pre quote and stated each install is by location. Karen came through although with a policy expense that was very acceptable and cheaper than our prior carrier. Thank you from both of us Karen in the Robertson household.

1 /5 Susan Amos: Tired of Farmers assigning arbitrary over-inflated numbers to our vehicle mileage. It raises our rates every six months. I find that practice unethical. Their new expectation is that we take all four vehicles to a shop to verify mileage, but they won’t provide proof that it’s their new “policy”. I literally want them to set my rates on my actual mileage, not the arbitrary number they set.
