1 /5 Tristan Pantoja: Ive had nothing but repeated trouble with this insurance company. They hang up the phone out of the blue, especially when they supposedly have you on hold. The manager, Alejandra, in Long Beach CA actually yelled at me for asking why they charged me twice for the same policy and just simply said it was my fault for changing cars on my policy before it expired. They have also failed to cancel my policies in the past when I shop for a better providing using their services. In all, I have paid for over four months worth of policy premiums. Im sick of this company and have told them before that if they cant get their act together, Im going to find insurance elsewhere. They obviously dont care because they just canceled two of my policies without an explanation, not even a phone call. Thanks for wasting my time and money, Pronto.
