When I called, I was greeted very warmly and by the end of the day I had three different quotes ready for me to pick from. Gina Biondi Jim Flynns office has always been most helpful even if I have a question about something other than my immediate account. Jeana, his assistant, is fabulous! I have been trying to get a claim which dates from 2023 satisfied. The hang-up isnt the insurance company but the contractor. Jims office has been most helpful in directing me to the right place to get answers to questions about this years-old claim. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs insurance, whether its homeowners or auto.

Kai Lozano Been with these guys for a long time. Scott helped me get an SR-22 while I was still in Kuwait on my return trip from overseas. Nobody else wanted to help me until I was state side but Scott did and allowed me to do everything through email because fax machines aren’t secure. This is why I’ve stayed with them. Some of the nicest people you could ever meet. If you need insurance, at least given them a call. Scott and his wife run the business and I promise you they will do whatever they can to get the best rate. The only reason my rates have ever gone up is because of my own driving issues.
