5 /5 Thu Nguyen: I was referred here by a friend who was a realtor, as you know it is incredibly difficult to get home owners insurance in CA. When I called, I was greeted very warmly and by the end of the day I had three different quotes ready for me to pick from. I worked with Kevie who was professional, empathetic, and overall very easy to work with. He was also very transparent and was always available through email or a phone call away to assist me. Very pleased with my experience here. Thank you again Kevie!

1 /5 Chris Flesuras: Not happy with mercury insurance. Raised the rate on home owners insurance with unreasonable demands, such as, replace the roof, replace all the water pipes in the house and replace electrical. When asked to speak with John the female agent said there was no use talking to him. Asked her to have him call anyway. That was a week ago, no call. Mercury is trying to eliminate insurers with homes over 50 years old. Got new insurance without the aforementioned conditions. Good bye Mercury, you got what you wanted.

1 /5 Soraya Valiferdowsi: I would strongly caution anyone from working with this agency. After receiving a refund check from my home insurance provider, I reached out directly to this agency to confirm what it was for. I was told in writing by them that the check was a valid refund and I was free to use the funds. Based on that guidance, I cashed the check. Over a month later, I was informed by the insurance company that the refund was issued in error and they were demanding full repayment—threatening legal action. I immediately reached out to the agency again and forwarded the written communication that clearly showed I relied on their professional advice. They never followed up, never offered support, and completely ignored the issue. Because of their lack of accountability, I’m now being forced to repay thousands of dollars for something I never would’ve used had I not been misled by their own staff. This agency failed to protect their client, failed to communicate, and failed to take responsibility. I’ve lost all trust in them and will be moving my business elsewhere.
