Ellery Super helpful team! I think the gentlemen who took my call was named Alex? I had a situation that was time sensitive and he took care of it within five minutes, no run around and complete apathy like you see other places. He made sure to let me know it was taken care of about fifteen minutes after our call ended, giving me a secure and reassuring resolution. Very happy with the service I get from this service!

Paty Stickles My husband called Dugans in the hope that they would take the time and effort to give him an estimate of Medicare costs. He was very happy that Sam the owner gave him all the info he needed for Medicare even though we would not need it for several years. That was the great part, Sam took the time to help my husband even though Sam knew he couldnt get his business for several years as this info was to be used for a projection in our upcoming retirement. Dan Shafer Working with Carlos and Joy at the Carlos Acosta State Farm Agency has been a tremendously positive experience for the last 25 years. Carlos and his team are always extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Most of the time when I call their office one of them will pick up the phone almost immediately -- I am unaccustomed to such great service anymore (as most of us could probably attest to), and am very grateful for their ongoing support. When I have a request it is usually handled same day. I have many policies through Carlos agency and would never consider looking elsewhere. Looking forward to the next 25 years!!
