2 /5 James Clements: After transferring my policy to Amanda Martin from my agent in Washington State about 6 months ago, I have yet to meet or speak with her. Her office staff is ok, they arent great at finding the best deals, all the discounts I should be getting, or even helping decide what insurance I need. For instance, it took another State Farm representative from another office to point out that Im paying way too high of a premium for comprehensive collision for my 13 year old car. When selecting my coverage Amanda Martins office folks just asked me what I wanted and gave a blank stare as I asked for advice. StateFarm has great insurance and many of their agents have a lot to offer. This agent is just kind of lame.

5 /5 Peter John: I am a 91 year old senior citizen, and on and off I have done business with this State Farm Agency for about 50 years, and I have interacted with Ms. Amanda Martin for over 20 years. I think that one would have to go far and wide to find a friendlier insurance agency anywhere, and Ms. Martin certainly always goes out of her way to try and find solutions to specific insurance problems no matter what they might be. Furthermore she is very, very knowledgeable in all matters insurance, and if some new regulations appear she will posthaste absorb these. And last, but by no means least, Ms. Martin is very generous with diverse giveaways, not only calendars and the like, but even kitchen accessories. In light of all of the above I certainly whole heartedly recommend the Amanda Martin State Farm Agency for all insurance matters that she handles.
