Jerry and Molly run their insurance agency with a personal level of care for their clients that is sincere, consistent and highly professional. We have always been treated like the personal friends of both Jerry and Molly. Whenever we are speaking with them, they are always willing to take the time to listen and be as helpful as they can be. And with their many years of insurance experience, I have found their help to always be very beneficial. Over the decades, we have had many instances that have required insurance resolution via both our home owners policy or our auto policies. Those have included things like water leaks/damage, personal injuries caused by our dogs, housing/relocation due to wildfires, car fender benders, auto glass damage, etc. In all instances, Jerry and Molly made sure people were taken care of, we received the maximum coverage amount possible, and that any and all injuries or damages were handled professionally, efficiently and without a hitch. One thing that is especially important and wonderful, is that as your insurance agent, Jerry and Molly will represent YOU and will look out for YOUR interests first, rather than the insurance companys interests. Needless to say, since Ive been with Village Insurance Services for 40+ years, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jerry and Molly as your insurance agents. 5 /5 Eric Lin: I recently purchased insurance with Jerry as my agent for my new house, and I had an excellent experience. First, some brief background - I was planning to make an offer for a house in the area, but was concerned about disclosure information which showed the house was in an area of potentially high fire hazard. I talked to Geico, only for the agent to tell me that the four insurance companies he checked with all refused to underwrite the home. Feeling a bit deflated, and figuring that other houses in the area potentially had this issue, I decided it was probably worth talking to a local insurance agent who would better understand local properties. After a quick Google and Yelp search, I decided to call up Village Insurance Services and spoke to Jerry. He was very understanding and helpful, giving me a estimate of how likely my house could be underwritten, but then went one step further and offered to give me a full quote. Jerry collected information about the property over the phone and was patient despite my inability to respond to some of the questions. To my relief, Jerry got back to me the next day and confirmed that Mercury insurance was able to underwrite the home, and gave me a full quote for the property. (My offer on the house was fortunately accepted and I ended up getting the insurance policy through Jerry.) In all our communications, Jerry has been great at getting back to me over the phone and over email. He has also offered helpful and experienced advice regarding insurance, while being careful to leave the final decision to me, which I appreciated. I also like knowing that Jerry is an independent agent and better incentivized to find the best policy for my individual circumstances. Id recommend Jerry and Village Insurance Services, and plan to continue to use him for all my insurance needs.
