I was recently told my claim was denied due to wear and tear under my comprehensive coverage and I just know I am not the only one.

1 /5 Sonic Hyper (Hypersonic): USAA will refuse to pay medical bills and ignore you. Shouldnt be allowed to operate in this State.

5 /5 Alexandra Silva: We had a financial struggle and are about to hit the holidays. We missed payments and had to call in to start a new policy with USAA. Devin was a phenomenal agent passing no judgement during our stressful time. I had to leave a review after having USAA as our auto insurance since 2013. We were so worried during this time of uncertainty and low funds. Im so glad we have resolved our finances and were able to start back up with USAA auto insurance.
