There are situations where you need to jump on the phone and have your call answered within three rings. Yes, there are agents out there with these types of work standards and yes, its the norm. Cheryl Rock is my go to person whenever I have a question with my policies. Having a wise and seasoned professional with 25 years experience to support my main agent is crucial-its the only way to conduct business. Shes efficient, responsive, and fast; all adjectives apply via phone, email, and text-depending on your current needs. Mary Spellman is a local agent who has a system that works.
