Carson Parker Everyone in this office is absolutely amazing. They work hard to make sure their clients are well taken care of and they share great knowledge about every detail in your insurance plans so you know exactly what you are paying for and why. They have good insight to help you decide which plan is right for you and it’s always fun coming in and saying hi! Heather always gets work done for me when I need it most and it is always done right away! You can’t beat Jason Cimolino’s office in mckinleyville. They are the best.

Jocelyn Rodriguez Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. And it is affordable! Recommended.

Geneice Banks I have received well over 15 YEARS of great service from Irene Henry’s State Farm office. Staff is always courteous, professional and personable. I had a major car accident back in 2015 that was life changing. The staff at Irene Henry’s office were on top of it immediately! I was provided information and instructions, as well as a rental car with zero hassle. I adore the staff. I adore the coverage. 10/10 would recommend
