I highly recommend if you are looking for an insurance agency as their responsiveness and communication me and insurance companies are top notch. Lauren with Ives helped me every step of the way and answered all of my questions (which I had a lot of!!!!!). I wish I found them sooner as Lauren helped me so much!

She took the time to understand my needs, researched various options, and explained them to me in a way that made it easy to understand. Did I mention - she was lightning quick in her responses every time. Not only did Stephanie save me money, but made the process efficient, quick and enjoyable. It was truly a pleasure working with her on my insurance needs.

Excellent rates, fantastic coverage, and extremely hard-working employees who actually made the process of getting property insurance affordable, friendly, and fun. John and Sharon helped us in Nov. 2021 and were always on it. They ensured we got the best quotes and were extremely patient with our questions. Extremely quick, too. I was referred to Ives by a friend and I am now seeing for the first time that Ives already has 5/5 on Google Reviews — not surprising. They truly are great!

Usually insurance stuff is a drag, but Jake was super chill and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Couldnt recommend him more if you tried!

He was much more understanding of my needs than any other agent I previously spoke to and I had made many calls that day. Jake is very friendly and knowledgeable of the current market. Not only did he find me an insurance plan that was less money which I already thought was a hard task, but I was shocked to learn the policy also has more coverage. Simply amazing!
