5 /5 Trade Visa (VisaTrade): Im hoping this is the insurence broker I once had. It used to be located near SRJC. Gabriella Rivera insurence was the best broker Ive ever had. Gabby herself was a very sweet person. She made me feel like she had me covered and not to worry about insurence as long as I had her company as my broker. Anytime I needed to adjust my policy or add a car I could call. I noticed theyd always find me the best deal. Once I had to insure a dually truck and was informed it had commercial insurence required. It was beyond my means but they made it easy to insure it for a month while I used it to move. My parents are with Geico for some reason but now need a more custom insurence for their classic car. Im recommending Rivera Insurence Agency.

5 /5 Boyd Edwards: I would like to say a few words about my insurance agency (Gabby insurance agency) She (Gabby) has been handling my policies and those of many family members. Gabby has been a wonderful person to work with on my car insurance and my home insurance. She always gets me the best prices for the most coverage. She always makes herself available to talk to her in person or by telephone when ever any of us has any kind of problem. She always "bends over backwards" to promptly help any of us with any problem or question that we may have. It has been over 10 years now that we have had Gabby as our agent. I would like to recommend her to anyone who wants to be represented by a very capable person. She is very friendly and a "comfortable person to work with.

1 /5 Alex 2H: Worst Agency Ever! My parents have had this agency for a very long time. A couple of years ago, my father started to have problems with Gabby and her improper handling of their commercial insurance policies. My father would call me many times about issues such as, Gabby cashing a check last year for over $4,000 that she said she didnt. After I investigated with my parents banks and reconciled their finances, turns out that she did. When I called her she tried to deny it, but I had the hard copy of the proof that she endorsed the check and then she had the audacity to say that she did not have the funds to give to my father. I then advised her that she had 4 days to produce the funds or I will seek further action. She did return the funds. Most recently, my parents commercial property policy defaulted and when I called the underwriting department, they told me that they will no longer be renewing any policies with Gabby Insurance "due to several accounting issues" and they are "not a reputable insurance company". Gabby was sent an email on 2/15/16 on the cancellation, but chose not to advise my mom of this, after knowing her and speaking with her for years and years. My parents recently divorced and she had no problem trying to take advantage of my parents and try to get my mom to take her shopping and to restaurants, but she was too good to give her a quick call to advise her that as a courtesy, the property is in both names, and she needs a reminder that it could lapse. Gabby was not only irresponsible in her behavior, but then sends me an email labeling my father and "ex-husband". Yes they are divorced, but how dare she cast labels on my parents. Pathetic. Hes 83 years old! My God! She then sends me 4 paragraphs.....all in caps! Not only angry, unprofessional and unethical... but not the type of agency that you would want to represent your property, home or auto policy.
