5 /5 Sony: I just wanted to take a moment and express that there are many Farmers Insurance Agents out there. They are not all the same. Theres a reason that this specific location has such good reviews. Trust me when I say this they will communicate with you when you need their help, they will help you and be polite even if you have to change a policy after its already starting. When I was looking for insurance I was having a lot of difficulty but they made it happen come on even after my policy was issued they were so polite and helpful. Special shout out to Grace and Zhina. They are amazing.
