When I recently moved from San Jose CA to Roseville (near Sacramento), I decided to move to a local SF agent in my new area, even though I was happy with the previous one. It is one of the best decisions in my life. Duane Pascua and his office staff has made my insurance experience effortless and painless. Moving all my paperwork from State Farm region to another was not automatic but Duane Pascua made it easy for me. In my latest purchase of a plug-in hybrid, office associate Wendi Hove did everything including sending me my new insurance cards. I am recommending this agency for all my family and friends who need a super-efficient agent who goes the extra mile for their clients.

5 /5 Stanley Winters: I had used State Farm’s Towing about4 years ago and was not very impressed with it, my entire family has been using AAA since, however last week I decided to give my new State Farm Agent Duane Pascua and his team a try. DJ and the team exceeded my expectations, when I needed towing for the first car is was efficient and respectful and little did I know that less than 2 hours later my wife and I would need our own tow for our car running hot on the freeway. We got off the freeway, pulled into the first shopping center called DJ again, he listened, demonstrated empathy and got my family a tow for the second time in less than a few hours.
