Reid Dominguez Madison has been so helpful during my transition over to Goosehead. I used to be with AAA and she was able to shop around and save me money on auto insurance. Also she offered me additional coverage with renters, life, umbrella, and a jewelry policy I didn’t even know I needed! Jessica Rios The lady that helped me was super nice and quick , i was in a rush to get my registration renewed so i came here and she gave me the new sticker at that moment. i didnt have to wait 2 weeks for it to come in the mail like i did for the dmv. I guess they also do vehicle transfers . Since im paying a lot for my insurance right now i might have to come back and open a new policy with them. She was telling me that they offer about 30 different insurance companies with a way better price then im paying now.

Valerie Mejia I’ve been a aaa member since 2013 and had no clue how to navigate insurance. Our insurance broker is Vanns, he explained everything so well even a, not so smart 22 year old could understand. Over the years Vanns has seen my husband and I grow get married had kids and been supportive through everything. Norma has also been amazing getting life insurance, explaining everything through each step; which one is the best option and why. Since beginning our policy we lived in Merced now in Modesto and even tho the Modesto office is minutes away from my home I will never use there office after a horrible experience there and how we were treated. I’d rather make the trip an hour away and see Vanns and Norma. When we are in the office they never rush us and never feels like just a transaction it feels like we are catching up with family. They are the only reason why we stay with AAA. Thank you Vanns and Norma for everything you do and how you treat us and your customers.
