5 /5 Valerie Mejia: I’ve been a aaa member since 2013 and had no clue how to navigate insurance. Our insurance broker is Vanns, he explained everything so well even a, not so smart 22 year old could understand. Over the years Vanns has seen my husband and I grow get married had kids and been supportive through everything. Norma has also been amazing getting life insurance, explaining everything through each step; which one is the best option and why. Since beginning our policy we lived in Merced now in Modesto and even tho the Modesto office is minutes away from my home I will never use there office after a horrible experience there and how we were treated. I’d rather make the trip an hour away and see Vanns and Norma. When we are in the office they never rush us and never feels like just a transaction it feels like we are catching up with family. They are the only reason why we stay with AAA. Thank you Vanns and Norma for everything you do and how you treat us and your customers. You can really see with the education you provide and time you take with clients you love what you do and it truly shows.

1 /5 S H: I’m so disgusted, Danielle that works here, actually said yup, lost a husband and a child WHILE LAUGHING. I was at a loss for words. After a moment of silence, told her I think I might want to take my business elsewhere. I hope someone looks into her and her way of speaking to people.

4 /5 Pete Bagnod: I love AAA. Besides getting great deals on attractions in the area they will map out the best route for you too. But best of all you can get your new registration there too. Thats definitely one of the best perks about being a AAA member.

1 /5 Rickie Kennedy: Worst customer service out of all the branches , walked in at 5:20 to get tags that were already paid and the guy working turns me away saying the DMV part was already closed , but if I could come back Monday before 5:15 he could help me ...... I called my normal branch and they said that theres is open till 5:45 and apologized for the horrible customer service from the Merced branch . I will not be returning to Merced for anything. After reading others reviews it looks like Im not the only customer with bad experiences .
