1 /5 B D: Worst insurance I’ve ever had. They doubled my insurance for no reason and when I tried to cancel, they stopped answering my phone calls. I had to literally call from a Google voice number and they answered right away. And then they tried to pretend like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve cancelled car insurance before but it was never such a horrible experience. I would not recommend it to anyone.

2 /5 Ram: They were great and helpful while opening an insurance policy for my auto and home but when it came to cancelling, they wouldnt accept electronically signed form, I tried both auto generated digital signatures and manual esign with iPad/pencil, they gave me a hard time. They were adamant on a wet signature. When moving houses cancelling your existing policy is least on your mind and I was so annoyed that they dragged it so much. On the contrary they were happy to accept a esign while opening the policy. There was no other way to cancel the policy, I tried it all, calling , emailing ...at the end had to fold to their wet signature request. I file my taxes with esign, you think youre better than the IRS.
