1 /5 Spencer Hoglund: I could not be more unhappy with the service and treatment I get from this place. I have a lot of business there, but get rude treatment, no service and work assigned to me seemingly every week. I should have trusted my instincts the first time I met the owner, Ron Hayduk, and taken my business elsewhere. Ron insulted and laughed at me the first time I met him; but I trusted my agent and the rest of the staff there werent as bad. I was wrong. I do not even know who to contact when I need something. Every time I get correspondence form the insurance companies I see even more mistakes or coverage that leaves me exposed. It is truly as if no one there cares about my business or my coverage. My agent was great, brought me in, kept me pacified for over a year, but there is no hiding the incompetency of this place. From the top down.
