1 /5 Destiny: This lady ran a stop sign right behind me. Horrible road rage and non stop honking when I had the right of way. I have cameras all over my car. She drives a gold Toyota Camry license plate 8GFH087 Hopefully she gets fired!! Now I know where she works!!!! Don’t do business here!

1 /5 Spencer Hoglund: I could not be more unhappy with the service and treatment I get from this place. I have a lot of business there, but get rude treatment, no service and work assigned to me seemingly every week. I should have trusted my instincts the first time I met the owner, Ron Hayduk, and taken my business elsewhere. Ron insulted and laughed at me the first time I met him; but I trusted my agent and the rest of the staff there werent as bad. I was wrong. I do not even know who to contact when I need something. Every time I get correspondence form the insurance companies I see even more mistakes or coverage that leaves me exposed. It is truly as if no one there cares about my business or my coverage. My agent was great, brought me in, kept me pacified for over a year, but there is no hiding the incompetency of this place. From the top down.

1 /5 George Hatfield: I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Acrisure Insurance. We used to have good service when Dave Erickson worked here but he retired. I have been given the run around on a policy that had expired while being told Things were being handled. The customer service is non existent and I have no confidence in anything I have been told.

Dawn and Ron understand our needs and clearly explain all complex insurance issues in terms we can understand. They have been providing liability, auto and worker’s compensation insurance for our business since our inception. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of their services. I plan to continue to work with them, and can recommend them without reservation. I am truly grateful for all their help.
