5 /5 Karen Marie: Decades long State Farm client here, however, this is my first policy with Sean Rix in Red Bluff. After dropping my last policy and agent due to rising costs I couldnt afford, I had a friend refer me to Sean Rix. Thank Goodness!!! Super friendly staff, knowledgeable, easy to talk to... They met my needs at a price I could afford .. this office is amazing;!! So glad I switched!

Some say it takes days/weeks and numerous calls/emails just to get in contact with their insurance. That is when I tell them to reach out to Sean Rix and his team. Shanese is literally a blessing!! She has gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count!! I really hope she knows how appreciative I am for her efforts!! I literally send her a text and within minutes she is hard at work providing me with anything that is needed. A family member has tried to get me to use USAA as we are a military family, but I could never get the service I get from my insurance company. If you are looking for a local company that treats you like family, SWITCH to Sean Rix and his team!!! If I could give them 12 stars I would :)

5 /5 Danielle S: This State Farm office is very well ran and professional. Erica goes above and beyond as do all of the people in the office. She is super personable and helpful every time we talk. Shaneese is amazing and a pleasure to deal with also. She always remembers me and asks about my kids. And Sean Rix is a great agent, I highly recommend this State Farm office. The claim dept through State Farm was also a very easy no stress process and my claim was finished quickly and fairly.

These young ladies were professional, knowledgeable, kind and super cute to look at Tessa and Shanese made sure I got the best deal, most coverage, and better coverage for several vehicles and 2 houses. I wish I had something else to insure. I would definitely go back !!!
