I have been searching for auto insurance for only a couple days now and Mercury Insurance somehow acquired my personal contact information (home phone, mobile and email), and went as far as to sell my information to other agents and companies who have been contacting me nonstop. Ashley Burkett Very convenient in a timely manner. I was first skeptical about going through Insurance because back in the day it would take forever you had to mail your phone and now Assurant partners with other phone companies such as Batteries Plus to fix my phone screen. Batteries Plus was literally right down the road and fixed it at 5:00 p.m. in the evening. I am extremely satisfied. I only had to pay a $29 deductible. I had insurance covered on my phone so not sure why I had to pay something but I was willing to pay it gladly.
