He raved about how they helped him keep insurance on my grandmothers house and that these ladies were so kind and patient with him. The situation was a complicated one. The house was old and there were so many issues to navigate. While I was there I spoke to the ladies about my own personal situation. I had left a difficult relationship and had to remove my vehicle from the old state farm policy I currently had and move it to a new policy that gave me independence. They were able to transfer it for me, seamlessly and discreetly. My situation again was sensitive, but state farm really goes above and beyond. I didnt have any extra costs with the transfer.
