We have employees in different states, which makes our account quite complicated. Brandon, with his team, helps with the right plans, takes time to listen to what issues we are trying to solve, what concerns our employees have and brings alternatives so that we have the best possible offer for our employees. Three years ago, the Bolton team helped us move to the online benefits administration portal, which was most appreciated during the Open Enrollment 2021. The customer service is terrific.
