5 /5 Ashley Burkett: Very convenient in a timely manner. I was first skeptical about going through Insurance because back in the day it would take forever you had to mail your phone and now Assurant partners with other phone companies such as Batteries Plus to fix my phone screen. Batteries Plus was literally right down the road and fixed it at 5:00 p.m. in the evening. I am extremely satisfied. I only had to pay a $29 deductible. I had insurance covered on my phone so not sure why I had to pay something but I was willing to pay it gladly.

5 /5 Robbie Morris: Insurance claim took all of 2 days. (One of those being a weekend day) I dont typically get Insurance, but I did this time, and I am glad I did. It was quick, easy, and hassle free. It also saved me $500+ if I would have had to repair my device without Insurance. I would recommend every time.

1 /5 Mary Swain: Worse experience ever, I had an s7 tablet that hasnt been insured for years, some how that imei number was used and they denied my claim, said product was not covered at the time of Accident. Well no kidding I was putting in my info for my Note 20 Ultra. When I finally got that mess cleared up I was told by the representative that I would receive an email within 24 hours to pay my deductible and my claim would be approved. I waited over 24 hours, good thing I called Assurant, I paid my deductible and was approved automatically. If I hadnt called I would still be waiting for my email. Horrible experience. I am going to look into getting insurance through Samsung for my devices.

4 /5 Juana Lebron: The place is clean and neat. Well distributed. Front desk girl very friendly and professional. The work was done as promised and on time. Gods willing they keep up with the same attitude and service for years to come. The only bad thing about this is their location next to a cannabis dispenser. Not good at all...
