Jeff Hinman Gloria has been my agent for over 35 years. The service I receive is consistently excellent. Recently my car was vandalized at an airport parking garage. The ignition switch was damaged, so the car needed to be towed. Gloria worked with me to find a nearby dealer to repair the damage and to get a claim started. This was done while we were on the phone, and she was on her computer in the office. The dealer helped me get the car towed and get a rental car.

Kristina W Mike took over our Farmer’s homeowners insurance policy after our previous agent retired 5 years ago. We were so happy with his service and expertise that we also switched our car insurance to his agency. We’ve had a couple of claims under our car policy and were very impressed and satisfied with Mike’s responsiveness.
