The plans offered to retirees from my employer were prohibitively expensive and did not provide good customer service. In the course of researching plans, Vanasek Insurance was recommended to me. They worked with me to find the best plan for my needs from a company that was highly rated for their customer service, something I value more than cheap premiums. They also worked with me to find a value oriented and highly rated pharmacy plan. Ive been with Vanasek Insurance for about 8 years now, working with them each year to find the best supplement and pharmacy plan available. They are friendly, efficient and always able to make sure my insurance needs are met. Outstanding customer service, a wide variety of insurance products and a very knowledgeable staff make this my go to insurance agency for medical insurance, so much so that I look forward to open enrollment each year!

5 /5 Michael Schlosser: A year and a half ago I purchased a home and Vanasek Insurance Services was recommended to me, even though I live in Redding. During that same time my mortgage holder has messed up the premium payment two times. I can tell you that in both instances, I called Antoinette and between her and Patricia, her assistant, they worked very hard in solving the payment problem. The customer service has been great. Since I was an insurance agent myself, for many years, I think that I am qualified to highly recommend this insurance agency.

When you call you talk to someone, not done recording. Antoinette is someone who genuinely cares about making sure you get the best product for your needs. Very professional but very human. If you need help with Medicare insurance, shes the very best.
