5 /5 Reid Dominguez: Madison has been so helpful during my transition over to Goosehead. I used to be with AAA and she was able to shop around and save me money on auto insurance. Also she offered me additional coverage with renters, life, umbrella, and a jewelry policy I didn’t even know I needed! She was able to thoroughly explain all of the coverages and ultimately led me to switching over. So happy to be working with Goosehead and will be referring them to as many people as I can.

1 /5 Micaela Gonzales: This agent helped me get my policy when I first got my house then insurance called said no payment t has been made called him and he said he will call me back will see what is happening 2minths later still nothing 5minths later he answered again and said he will see what’s going on again no follow up for a month I decided to reach out to goose head they were helpful adv of my experience with the rep a week later he calls me says he has to rewrite a new policy so I went ahead and said yes next day he calls says he made a mistake and need to have me sign again 3days later I receive email stating new signatures are required I called him and he said yes my signatures are needed again when I review the policy it went up 300 more he said yes that it’s premium changed so I agreed to sign since I need insurance a month went by and didn’t receive anything from insurance so I called him and nothing left him a voicemail a week later no response called again and waited nothing so. NOw I’m here with no insurance because he has failed to follow up with me

He is responsive and alway reachable even on the weekends an off hours. A true professional that appreciates your business and he shows it with his work ethic.
