I highly recommend reaching out to their office for any insurance needs.

After emailing and calling multiple times to get the declaration page sent over to maintain our balloon policy, it will most likely be cancelled because no one can return a phone call or email. The one person that did answer, told me she’d send it over and never did. They literally took our money and disappeared. It’s a no for me.

I was astonished by how many options and products that they had available. There was also a huge sense of friendliness when I went into the office. The staff was super inviting and even had snacks and comfortable chairs available for the client. I definitely suggest Ryan Hayes Insurance Brokerage to anyone out there needing a helping hand with their insurance.

5 /5 Emily Ronnow: Ryan has been there for my business from the very beginning, and in 12 years he has never let me down. Whatever you are needing or trying to insure, Im pretty sure Ryan can figure it out. Separately, and for what its worth, Im fairly confident the guy looses more sleep worrying about my potential business exposure than I do . . . which (sorry Ryan) I dont hate. HOWEVER (Read "CAUTION"): If you dont want to be ruined for all other insurance broker relationships going forward, dont sign up with Ryan.

1 /5 mi k-s: He does not call his customers when they have concerns the phone rep cannot answer. All he cares about is money. I need automobile insurance that includes road side assistance. None of his plans have that. I was told by reps he would call me and nothing ever happens.
