I have found Ms. Valencia and her office associates to always being professional and very easy to work with. They not only take a personal interest to my needs and policy, but are always available to assist me and answer any questions that I might have. Their family atmosphere and approach has kept me as their client even when other insurance agencies had given me lower quotes. You cannot put a price on such great service. The Traveler I have been dealing directly with Kyle for over a decade and he is the reason why State Farm has all of my business. Ive been involved in a couple of situations where I needed some extra assistance and Kyle was always there to not only listen to my needs but explain it in a way that I understand and I really appreciate that!
