I have found Ms. Valencia and her office associates to always being professional and very easy to work with. They not only take a personal interest to my needs and policy, but are always available to assist me and answer any questions that I might have. Their family atmosphere and approach has kept me as their client even when other insurance agencies had given me lower quotes. You cannot put a price on such great service. I would recommend their office in an instant!

But thanks to the Carmen Valencia Farmers Insurance Agency in Palm Desert, it was much better than I could have, or would have...hoped for. Customer Service Representative Alba Navarro made it as easy for me as it could possibly be. She was always available, friendly and courteous, and so very knowledgeable. She either already knew, or if not, investigated and quickly found the answers to any questions I had. I could not have had a better experience of working with a Customer Service Representative than was provided to me by Alba and this Farmers agency. I highly recommend them!

5 /5 Palm Desert Air Conditioning: Carmen and her team have been a huge help! Any time I have called, I am always pleasantly greeted. I do have to give a big thanks to Elva Torres for answering my thousands of questions with patients and understanding. Their customer service is superb!

They all help me with any kind of questions, help me on how to save on all my policies. Just last July my apartment flooded and I didnt kniw how I was going to replace somenof my furniture and other items. I email Mina that night and right away in the morning she tells me dont worry thats why you have renters insurance. I was taken care off right away from getting some money to replace items to a free stay at a hotel of my choice. Its been a great 22 years with this group.
