Ive had a clasp fixed on a very sentimental piece that belonged to my grandfather, bought earrings for my girlfriend now wife, and have purchased necklaces and rings. I was greeted immediately by Beth the store manager and was so helpful and nice with helping me with what I came in inquiring about. The whole experience was smooth and easy and i Enjoyed the whole checkout process thanks to the helpful staff. Oliver helped me decide what piece Id be purchasing by showing me the selections I was interested in and Beth was helping me out every step of the way, and Marie was very friendly during my checkout asking if i needed anything. Resized it polished and it came out beautiful! They do great quality work there! We have since taken other rings and jewelry to get serviced and outstanding customer service every time!!
