G Pena Ive needed multiple times to replace items. And buy new items and this gentleman have help me out. Barbara Glenn I still love JCPennys although there are a few things that they could do better. Their opening hours are 11AM while Kohks is 9AM. My elderly mother needed to rest, and they have no places for a person to sit, even near the fitting rooms. They only had one checkstand open while there were several people waiting to pay for their merch, even though you could see more than a few staff milling around. I wish their household dept was a little bigger, but the clothing selections are great. I like being able to try things on and feel the fabrics. All and all I will continue to shop Pennys,
