Even during a pandemic and living on the opposite coast; Chris was able to help me design the PERFECT engagement ring at an incredible price. We communicated often via email and phone. Chris was so attentive and helped explain everything involved in designing a ring from scratch. She was patient, thoughtful and well informed on the process. I was able to send her some pictures of my vision and she made it a reality. Chris gave good advice and made me feel confident in the decisions I was making. Their collection is absolutely beautiful the designs are elegant, trendy, and truly reflect the richness of Pakistani fashion. I was impressed by the variety of outfits they offered, from casual wear to formal attire. What stood out the most was their customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I left with something I loved. Another huge plus: the prices! Everything was very reasonably priced for the quality and style they offer. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Silk Star to anyone looking for stylish and affordable Pakistani clothing.

And I thinks I got a very good price for the services needed (2 rings resized, one small diamond and to make it white again). Im beyond happy with my rings. They made them look better that other places where I took them before. Im very veey happy with their service and will sure be back again.
