Erica helped me right away! Her customer service is top tier. She has the best personality & friendliest smile. Raul then came over and started checking out the bracelet & we started chatting. He was the nicest. I mentioned to him it was my first visit at this location and he and Erica both helped me. Everyone is super friendly here. Erica & Raul gave me the best experience. I have purchased several pieces from her, and each piece is more beautiful in person, and is made with love and care. Her beadwork is exquisite and has to be seen to be believed. Darlene has always been patient and kind with all of my questions, and believe me, I have a lot of questions. She ships everything quickly, and each item arrives in pristine condition. Plus, since this is a small business, you are not only supporting our local artists, you also get to develop a relationship with them. I would give her a million stars if I could, but, sadly, we have to settle for five. Definitely, definitely do yourself a favor and purchase from her!

Peter Xaymountry My wife wanted to stop by this store while we were at the Orange outlet. Her first time visiting Lovisa was at Northridge mall so she was familiar with their stuff. When we stop by today, they were not busy for a Saturday afternoon. My wife was basically looking at their hair clips which she found some that she like and they were on sale too. The place isnt that big but they have a lot of stuff at low prices and even some deals to make them cheaper too.

cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.
